Artist Andrew Kim will show examples of his giant lantern puppets and share materials, and demonstrate building and lighting techniques.

Andrew Kim
Andrew Kim is a puppet maker and performer and director of Thingumajig Theatre (@ThingumaTheatre) based in West Yorkshire, England. In his early years, he was a part of the In the Heart of the Beast Theatre team for about 10 years and comes to Minneapolis annually to lead the week-long puppetry intensive for BIPOC artists at MonkeyBear's Harmolodic Workshop.
